Are emergency communications effective and reliable?
Are there appropriate written procedures, including cash handling?
Are staff safe from assault when working alone or in isolation?
Are agency staff provided with appropriate site layout and emergency response information?
Are food storage and food preparation areas adequately secured?
Do evening staff feel 'safe' when arriving at or leaving the site?
Are security incidents always reported?
Are there methods and technology in place to control and detect persons leaving without appropriate supervision'?
